Where to even start about Reflective Contracting... I have been working with Andrew and his team through multiple of my business’ growth spurts over the past 3 years. After working with other contractors in the past, I can assure you there is no one in the world I will ever work with besides Reflective. The first project being 2,500 sq ft to our latest project of 16,000 sq ft, Reflective Contracting captured and delivered my vision and brand in the most incredible way. Andrew is creative, kind, understanding, professional and organized. One of the best parts of working with Reflective was how quickly they were able to complete my project. I have friends doing build-outs for the same business type who waited longer for their smaller projects than the entirety of my space that was 4x the size. His team is clean, kind, professional and always available/quick to respond. Andrew and his team were phenomenal! I have hired countless contractors in the past, and Andrew’s communication is second to none. This instilled a level of trust and confidence throughout the process. He stopped by the project regularly, made sure the crew was maintaining a high quality product, and most importantly ASKED ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. Every crew member and subcontractor was entitled to speak directly with me, and make decisions on the fly. Again, constant communication. Our office got to know several members of the team, and you can just tell they care about their work and enjoy what they do. We engaged Reflective for a medium sized commercial renovation. Andrew’s team never overcomplicated the project or the challenges that come up with projects of this scale. Again, having used MANY contractors in the past, I trust Andrew and his team.
