Andrew and his team were phenomenal! I have hired countless contractors in the past, and Andrew’s communication is second to none. This instilled a level of trust and confidence throughout the process. He stopped by the project regularly, made sure the crew was maintaining a high quality product, and most importantly ASKED ME IF I WAS HAPPY WITH THE RESULTS. Every crew member and subcontractor was entitled to speak directly with me, and make decisions on the fly. Again, constant communication. Our office got to know several members of the team, and you can just tell they care about their work and enjoy what they do. We engaged Reflective for a medium sized commercial renovation. Andrew’s team never overcomplicated the project or the challenges that come up with projects of this scale. Again, having used MANY contractors in the past, I trust Andrew and his team.
